Casting a ballot for the election of 1800 - a new feature at the 2008 Fair. While in the Fairmaster’s tent Frontier Heroes like Daniel Boone (Steve Caudill,) Simon Kenton, George Rogers Clark and George Shannon of the Lewis and Clark Expedition appeared.

Also on display was “The House Longrifle” that made it’s debut at the 2008 Contemporary Longrifle Show earlier in August. This was the first stop since the CLA show for visitors to view the gun. It will be making it’s way around the country over the next year before being raffled off at the 2009 CLA show. www.housebrothersproject.com
